Shipping Policy

At Raila Threads, we are committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience from our studio to your doorstep. All orders are processed within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

For customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and New Zealand:

• Free shipping on orders over $75.

• A $12 shipping fee applies to orders under $75.

• In-stock items are expected to be delivered within approximately 5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

• Applicable taxes are already included in the listed product prices.

• No additional customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or similar charges will be collected upon delivery.

For the Rest of the World

For customers outside the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and New Zealand:

• A $50 international shipping fee applies to all orders.

• In-stock items are expected to be delivered within approximately 10 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

• Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed by their destination country.

• These additional charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped within the applicable delivery timeframe, excluding weekends and holidays.

For USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom & New Zealand

Orders containing in-stock items are expected to be delivered within 5 business days.

For the Rest of the World

Orders containing in-stock items are expected to be delivered within 8 business days.

For items that are not currently in stock, additional production or processing time may apply. If additional time is required, we will provide the applicable estimated timeline.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your package is dispatched.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@railathreads.com with your order details. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
